If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your enrollment date. To be eligible for a refund, you must:

- Have completed less than 50% of the course content

- Have not received a certificate of completion or a digital badge

- Have not downloaded any course materials or resources

- Have not violated any of our terms and conditions or code of conduct

To request a refund, please contact us with your name, email address, order number, and reason for requesting a refund. We will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving your request.

Please note that after the 30-day period, no refunds will be issued for any reason. You will still have access to the course content and resources for as long as you have an active account with us.

We reserve the right to deny a refund request if we determine that you have abused our refund policy or violated any of our terms and conditions or code of conduct.
